7 Senses is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating neurological and developmental motor disorders, natural creativity, a go-getter attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and an understanding of neurodiversity-affirming practice. Experience working with mobility vendors and neurodiversity-affirming care is a plus!
Pay: Up to $90,000/year based on experience
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate pediatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and home exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems and adhere to submission deadlines.
Necessary Qualifications
- Completion of Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active license (in good standing) to practice as a PT in the state of Virginia.
- Strong communication and client advocacy skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Proof of current CPR and Basic Life Support certification (or willing to obtain).
