Kelsey Burdett, M.S.Ed., CCC-SLP, ASDCS

Speech-Language Pathologist

Kelsey is originally from Pennsylvania, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She moved to Norfolk to attend graduate school at Old Dominion University, where she gained experience with both pediatric and adult populations. Kelsey spent 5 years working in Virginia Beach Public Schools and developed a passion for co-teaching and collaborating in the early childhood special education classrooms and for implementing Augmentative and Alternative Communication, or AAC. She believes that all children have the ability to communicate, we just have to uncover their abilities! Kelsey is excited to advocate for her clients and to help empower and educate families. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys being outdoors, ballroom dancing, and spending time with her two dogs, Ziggy and Titus.
