Ryan was born & raised on a small farm in Porum, Oklahoma. From an early age she has always been passionate about serving others; resulting in her deciding to become a pediatric occupational therapist at the age of 15! She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in personal health with a minor in psychology from the University of Oklahoma; followed by her doctorate in occupational therapy from Mary Baldwin University. Throughout her clinical rotations, she gained experience within an acute care setting as well as within an outpatient pediatric setting. Her doctoral capstone experience and project took place within a pediatric intensive feeding program, gaining hands-on experience treating pediatric feeding disorders as well as experience with program & policy development. She has a true passion for connecting with children & their families to provide the most inclusive & child-centered care, promoting increased independence & carryover at home resulting in the best possible quality of life! Outside of the clinic, Ryan enjoys spending time with her family, friends, & mini goldendoodle Griffin!
