7 Senses is seeking some great full-time Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and connecting with families, natural creativity, a go-getter attitude, proficiency in testing and evaluation, a strong sensory foundation, and experience with neurodiversity-affirming practice.
Pay: Up to $90,000/year based on clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess pediatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' engagement in childhood occupations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate families on treatment goals and progress, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems and adhere to safety and CPR protocols.
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Completion of Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active license to practice as an OT in the state of Virginia (or eligible to obtain).
- Strong communication and client advocacy skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Proof of current CPR and Basic Life Support certification (or willing to obtain).
